Tobias Egelkamp

Founder

In my various roles in different organisations, I have experienced numerous perspectives - from the role of a project employee to that of a manager to the Managing Director of an internationally active NGO. I have worked as a facilitator in organisational development, working with teams, external partners, private donors and institutional funders.

My professional experience has taken me not only to Germany, but also to many crisis regions around the world, where I have learnt about inspiring cultures and pragmatic ways of working. These experiences have shaped my systemic approach and helped me to develop a deep understanding of the dynamics of organisations and their challenges.

I have a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management & Governance and am currently training to become a systemic counsellor. These qualifications complement my practical experience and provide a solid foundation for my work as a consultant.

Through these experiences, I have developed my own toolbox - an approach based on clear communication, efficient team interaction and smart solutions that are in line with applicable laws and standards. Everything is interconnected, always in motion - this is the systemic approach that I represent.

As a consultant, I support organisations and teams in developing their own solutions and facilitating sustainable change through self-reflection and open communication. I place particular emphasis on strategic clarity and long-term, systemically integrated change.
